Do you screen the video professionals in your network?

Yes! Vidaao makes sure each creative has a prior track record of quality service. We take a careful look at past work samples, reels, and clients. Vidaao only recommends the strongest candidates to clients.

When do I pay for the video project?

Vidaao collects a certain amount of the project fee upfront. The first 50% is released to the videographer after you have signed off on the final draft but before the video file is transferred. Once you have received the file, Vidaao releases the final payment to the videographer.

Is the price associated with a sample video the actual price?

Not quite. The price is not exact but is a realistic benchmark. Depending on your exact needs, the video might be more or even less expensive.

What payment methods does Vidaao accept?

We accept PayPal, checks and credit cards.

How long does it take to produce a video?

All of our samples have an approximate time associated with them. The time is not exact but a realistic benchmark. Depending on your exact needs, the video might take more or even sometimes less time.

Who owns the rights to the video?

You have 100% ownership of the video after the final payment is made. However, Vidaao reserves the right to use it for sample purposes unless you specifically decline. Producers may also use the videos in their own personal portfolios.

How much commission does Vidaao take?

Vidaao takes a flat 30% markup for each project.

What is the invoicing schedule?

Vidaao collects a certain amount of the project fee upfront. You will receive 50% after the client has signed off on the final draft but before the video file is transferred. Once the client has received the file, Vidaao releases the balance of your payment.

Who owns the rights to the video?

The client retains ownership of the video after the final payment is made. However, Vidaao reserves the right to use it for sample purposes. Producers may also use the videos in their own personal portfolios.

How much storage space do I get?

Unlimited! Producers are allowed to upload as many videos as they want.

How does Vidaao manage client expectations?

Vidaao makes it clear that clients are allowed two rounds of edits. Vidaao will work with producers to invoice clients for changes in project scope.

How do I get paid?

Through check or direct deposit in US dollars.

Do I have to work exclusively with Vidaao?

Not at all. Think of Vidaao as an additional channel for client leads.
